Terms and Conditions of shopping at www.teresasboutique.com
Ordering Online from Teresa’s Boutique:
Once you have made payment and your order has been given an order number (which you will receive via email) our system will notify us. We will check that your items are in stock and process your order as soon as we can. As soon as your payment is received, we will then send your parcel via Royal Mail. Unfortunately, at this time in our business journey, we cannot offer next day delivery.
UK delivery costs start from: £3.95
Prices above include VAT.

Damaged goods:
We always do our utmost to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition, however, if you are dissatisfied with the condition when they arrive, please contact Teresa on 07849 680 234 or email teresafutter@icloud.com .
Please note that we may require the goods to be returned, therefore we ask that you keep hold of the goods until advised otherwise. We may also ask for photos of the products when we investigate the problem.
Returns policy from Teresa’s Boutique:
We very much hope that you will love your items from Teresa’s Boutique, however, we know that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. Clothing might not fit or suit your style, and that’s ok.
To return your items, you will need to do so within 14 days.
You are eligible for a refund or exchange. The exchange must be the for same item in a different colour or size.
We will give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all tags on. We will not accept items back damaged, dirty or without the tags. Teresa’s Boutique reserves the rights to cancel your refund if clothes do not come back in the required state that is eligible for a refund. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded.

Please enclose your original receipt, fill in the returns note with your reason for returning the item and your address and phone number.
Returns are at the cost of the customer.
Teresa’s Boutique will not be held liable for lost parcels or for the cost of returning/exchanging goods.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores unless prior arrangement is made via email - teresafutter@icloud.com .
When we receive your returns, we will check the items over and then begin processing your refund. You should receive this within 14 days of us receiving the return. At peak times the return process may take a little longer.
PayPal: After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will credit your PayPal account and the refund will show on your PayPal statement after 3 working days. PayPal payments funded by a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card, and for payments funded with both a card and another funding source, the card portion will be refunded to the card and the remainder to the PayPal account.
Caring for our items:
Once you have received your items, please look after them well until you decide whether you are keeping them. We would expect you to take extra care when trying on and adhere to the following:
- no deodorant
- no perfume
- no make-up – this really stains!
When returning items, they should be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- tags on
- returned in original packaging
Items returned to us in a non-saleable condition, will not be refunded.
How to exchange:
As part of our returns policy, we do allow exchanges. This can only happen if we have the items you would like in stock. In your original packaging, you have your returns note, and on there you will be able to complete the exchange form. Please complete this with the exchange required – size or colour. We will do our best to fulfil this, but we will notify you as soon as we can if this isn’t possible. You will be eligible for delivery costs.
You are NOT able to exchange an order before the order has been posted.
You are able to CANCEL your whole order if you do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot receive cancellations after this point.
PAYMENTS:
Payment by PayPal:
When ordering online at www.teresasboutique.com and selecting the PayPal option, you will be sent to the PayPal website, where you will need to log-in and select one of the payment methods that you have registered with them in order to pay. PayPal will process your payment, and you will then be taken back to bath.oska.com, where your order confirmation will be shown. PayPal provides payment to Teresa’s Boutique on your behalf, and your payment method details are not given to Teresa’s Boutique.
Payment by credit card:
Payment by credit card is possible by using the PayPal method as described above.
